She has a genuine interest in navigating through the process and is helpful every step of the way. She is an excellent, and honest communicator, great at Open Houses and gets results, going out of the way to assist in any way that she can. We weren't really looking to buy a home but just see what was available. We started the process slowly with Susan sending us emails containing homes that met our criteria. We went to a few open houses to see what was out there and learned quickly that the houses didn't stay on the market long. Susan took us to more houses than I can count, even helping us put an offer on more than one before we landed on our forever home. That was the easy part then came the hard work over the next 2 months which was a flurry of appointments to schedule inspections, appraisals and work needed on our new home to seal the deal. Customer service - it's obvious that Susan is an extremely successful realtor, but during our buying and selling process it felt like we were Susan's only client. She took every phone call, gave unbelievably useful advice, and always flexed to our schedule. She put offers together at 11:00 pm, responded to questions any time of day, and genuinely cared about our experience. With Susan it was all about what we needed. 2. Understanding of the process- When the inspection process was occurring while we were buying and selling, Susan could identify potential conflicts and already had relationships with contractors to get quotes and fix any issues.
